Proclamation from the Count and Countess of Venezia:
By order of Count Hasimir Al-malak and Countess Gianna Visconti, all Cainites who bear the Giovanni name are hereby banished from the City of Venice for reasons of treason and colaberation with the cultists of the Blood God Malok. Permission has been granted to all loyal subjects to blood hunt any Giovanni Cainites that remain within the city. Any Cainite caught aiding the Giovanni will recieve similar punishment. Giovanni brought forth staked before the Count and Countess shall be duly rewarded.
